A clogged or leaking drain line can leave water in the pan or on the floor.

Common questions
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
It depends on the fault, the age of the unit and the cost. After the diagnosis we give you a repair price and a replacement price so you can compare. If a repair makes sense, we say so.
Do you install Carrier air conditioners?
Yes. We are a Carrier dealer. We also service all major brands, including Lennox.
How much does an AC repair cost?
It depends on what failed. We quote after the diagnosis and before any work begins. The diagnostic fee is waived when you hire us for the job and we supply the materials.
Can you come out the same day?
Availability varies. Customers have described same-day and next-day visits. Call and we will give you the earliest time we can.
